Key Responsibilities: Benefits Program Management & Execution
- Drive the rollout and ongoing management of premium benefits across APAC markets
- Ensure timely execution and launch readiness aligned to product strategy
- Monitor program performance and utilization, ensuring consistent and scalable delivery
- Own and manage benefits budgets across programs and markets
- Track and forecast spend vs. budget, ensuring alignment to targets and preventing overruns
- Drive cost optimization opportunities across vendors and program design
- Support commercial evaluation of partner proposals to ensure ROI and sustainability
- Partner with Finance on budget planning, reallocation, and reporting cycles
