Neurologist (Madrid)

About the Job

The BBRC is looking for a highly motivated neurologist with expertise in dementia and other neurodegenerative diseases, excellent clinical skills and motivation for research.

The candidate will get involved in the execution of different research projects conducted at BBRC and will integrate into the Hospital del Mar Neurology Service to perform routine clinical activity in the Memory Unit.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, diagnosis, and follow‑up of patients across the Alzheimer’s disease continuum.
• Performance and interpretation of neurological, neuropsychological, and complementary tests.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration and clear communication with patients and caregivers.
• Conduct clinical visits in observational studies and clinical trials on preventive and disease‑modifying therapies.
• Ensure protocol compliance, patient safety monitoring, and adherence to GCP standards.
