Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have
Strong hands-on experience with the configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of
Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and Access Points (APs).
Cisco Prime Infrastructure / DNA Center
Cisco ISE, RADIUS/AAA, 802.1X authentication
Deep understanding of:
Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
RF fundamentals, modulation, interference, roaming
Wireless security (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, EAP types)
Site survey tools like Ekahau, AirMagnet.
Manage installation of the new Wireless Access Points (Cisco)
Manage Wireless LAN technical issues through resolution
Identify and implement improvements to enhance wireless network performance
Should be ready to work in 24X7 Shifts
