Network support technician

Network Support Technician required in Johannesburg.

Develop your networking career in the managed data network services industry, supporting multiple client environments across connectivity, routing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, wireless and firewall-related issues.

This role offers hands‑on technical variety with exposure to Fortinet, Mikro Tik and Uni Fi environments.

Location: Woodmead, Sandton, Johannesburg.

Salary: R25 000 – R30 000 CTC per month.

Minimum Requirements: IT, networking or related degree, diploma or certificate advantageous 2 or more years’ IT support or networking experience, ideally within an MSP, support desk or client‑facing technical environment Working knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, basic routing, wireless, VPN and firewall fundamentals Exposure to Forti Gate firewalls, Forti Client VPN, Mikro Tik routing basics and Uni Fi wireless/switching advantageous Windows Server / Active Directory basics and RDP or...
