The business specialises incross platform software development, building bespoke innovative products for gaming platforms such as eGaming and mobile gaming. Due to year on growth my client is actively seeking experienced Network support Engineers to take ownership of supporting users around the UK to continue to develop my clients innovative bespoke applications. Responsibilities: Prioritise and review support requests from clients users for accounts, connections, and devices Maintain accurate system records for all client user devices Plan and rollout monthly system updates and occasional OS upgrades Manage backup technologies Manage monitoring systems by performing daily health checks Assist clients to achieve device compliance with conditional access policies Drive improvements to the security on clients device...
