Description

Network Support Engineer – St Helens. A global organisation is looking to expand its IT department. The role offers training and career progression with exposure to 1st, 2nd and 3rd line server/desktop/network support, and involvement in hardware, IT systems, networking and software projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line server/desktop/network support.
• Support and implement new hardware including IT systems, networking and software.
• Apply and maintain network configurations and documentation.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems 2008 onwards including Active Directory, WSUS, SMTP, File Services and NPS.
• Knowledge of Cisco and networking fundamentals.
