Job Role
Network Security Analyst – 12 months – Toronto, ON (4 days onsite per week).
Responsibilities
- Perform risk assessment for firewall rule requests.
- Support audit and regulatory engagements, including evidence collection, audit issue management, tracking and reporting.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Cybersecurity/Network Security concepts for firewall rule requirements (firewall technologies, IP addressing, ports and protocols).
- IT Risk management knowledge to formulate detailed risk assessment communication for stakeholders/business units.
- Experience with audit/regulatory engagements: evidence collection, audit issue management, tracking and reporting.
Must-Have Skills
- Certification in at least one firewall platform and intermediate working experience with Firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) and/or certifications like CCNA, Security+....
