Network Reliability Manager (Madrid)

Position Overview This role requires a deep technical understanding of how the internet and private transport works. You will leverage advanced observability to hold global ISPs accountable, ensure global operational standards, and optimize the circuit portfolio to meet the enterprise's evolving needs. Responsibilities End-to-End Service & Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all lifecycle phases of connectivity products, including global procurement, capacity planning, activation, financial control, and eventual decommissioning of infrastructure assets and hardware. Proactive Capacity Planning & Environment Optimization: Lead and regularly review capacity planning processes to ensure global infrastructure is proactively scaled, resilient, and optimized for current and future enterprise demands.
