Role Overview

The Network Owner is a senior field leadership role responsible for overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and performance of Octotel's fibre network. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can manage multi‑disciplinary field teams, uphold network quality standards, and drive operational excellence across route and access build projects.

Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop field installation and route teams to ensure readiness and optimal performance. Ensure all team members are adequately equipped with the tools, vehicles, materials, and resources required to perform their duties effectively.
