The Role

This position will be reporting to Director level and be responsible for a range of significant customer accounts. Responsibilities will include

1.Regularly meetings with your clients to review current customer network infrastructure, disaster recovery and cyber defences to ensure that meet our minimum standards.

2.Effectively acting as the I.T. Director to the client and in that environment you will be responsible for responding to the client’s needs while delivering exceptional client service.

3.Reviewing and supporting customer plans for development.

4.Be the voice of the customer providing feedback internally on our performance and how we can better serve our customers.
