Job Summary
The L2 Network Support Engineer will support global Network Operations, ensuring stability, performance, and security of enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting and operational support across firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless technologies, and acts as a key escalation point for L1 support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Network Operations & Support
- Provide Level 2 support for global network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Act as an escalation point for L1 engineers.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and support problem management.
- Participate in change management, maintenance windows, and upgrades.
