Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with strong experience in Mobility , focused on Network Optimization and Network Planning . This role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance, capacity, and quality of service across mobile networks, supporting continuous improvement and expansion strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with hands‑on technical expertise in mobile network environments.

Key Responsibilities

Mobility - Network Optimization

• Analyze mobile network performance KPIs (throughput, latency, call drop rate, handovers, etc.)
• Identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategies
• Perform parameter tuning and configuration adjustments
• Conduct drive test analysis and post-processing
• Support troubleshooting of RF and core‑related mobility issues
