Job Description
This expansion role is for a Network Engineer in the Brazil/Mexico/Philippines area to perform remote support with various customers to implement and support Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco-based networks.
Your first project is a full-time position with one of our customers managing Palo Alto and Cisco network devices and providing support for the customer's follow the sun model.In this role, you will:Implement, troubleshoot, and document enterprise networks and related systemsImplement, manage Palo Alto firewallsProvide knowledge transfer and informal training to clientsWhat you need to succeed:Strong understanding and skills on Palo Alto firewallsCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) level expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure (formerly Route/Switch), (enterprise wireless and collaboration are welcome as well - let's talk)Demonstrable experience in the implementation, troubleshooting and support of large enterprise networksGood understanding and practical experience with rou...
