Network Engineer: Data Center & Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Working technical knowledge to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and site security equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the ability to run workshops for information collation.
• Works on projects of moderately medium‑complex scope, and able to work with intercompany teams.
• Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures.
• Assist with support of datacenter and application architecture.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic network issues and understands the administration of switches, routers, and firewalls with the assistance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team.
• Knowledge of backup, tape, and exchange infrastructures.
