We are looking for a Network Engineer. The Network Engineer should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and have at least 5 years of experience. We are looking for a Network Engineer to provide support for customers. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people. Candidates with Cisco certifications are certainly desired or candidates who have more than 8 years of solid network experience are also highly desired. Travel to client sites in south Florida is required.
Network Engineer Responsibilities:
– Investigate user problems; determine possible solutions; test and implement solutions as appropriate.
– Handle incoming issues via tickets or phone and escalate as necessary.
– Follow up with customers and see all tickets through to timely resolution.
