Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead OSS Consulting Engagements and Telecom Transformation Initiatives.
- Serve as the primary Network and OSS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client programs.
- Define Target-State Architecture, Operating Models, and OSS Roadmaps.
- Provide domain leadership across Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, and Network Automation Solutions.
- Drive OSS Modernization, Cloud Transformation, and Process Optimization Initiatives.
- Conduct Business and Technical Workshops with client stakeholders.
- Lead Requirements Discovery, Solution Assessments, Gap Analysis, and recommendations.
- Support RFPs, Proposals, Solution Estimations, and Pre-Sales Activities.
- Guide delivery teams on Telecom Business Processes, Network Technologies, and OSS Best Practices.
- Mentor Architects, Consultants, and Engineering Teams.
