NetSuite Administrator-Analyst (Barcelona)

NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for providing day‑to‑day administrative and functional support for the overall NetSuite ERP system for AST. The candidate needs strong business process knowledge of Manufacturing, Accounting, Supply Chain, WMS, and Finance and must translate NetSuite capabilities to support these functions. The role reports to the director of enterprise applications, is based in Spain and requires overseas travel when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support a team of first-line support personnel for day‑to‑day functional operations and cross‑functional teams that use NetSuite.
• Maintain proper system access for all roles: supervise provision of new access, maintain security roles and user accounts with appropriate permissions and levels of access.
