5+ years in IT operations, event management, or network monitoring
3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Netcool/OMNIbus, DASH, and at least one of: Netcool/Impact, IBM Network Manager
Strong understanding of ObjectServer architecture, probe/gateway configuration, and Netcool automation (triggers, procedures)
Experience with SQL-like ObjectServer queries and Impact policy language (IPL)
