Job summary
Are you a newly qualified nurse or an experienced neonatal nurse looking for a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity for nurses who are passionate and enthusiastic about Neonatal care to join our team.
New staff members are well supported through a comprehensive induction programme, including preceptorship for newly qualified nurses or nurses who are new to specialty. There are plenty of opportunities for educational support and career development. We are also passionate about ensuring the health and wellbeing of all our staff.
The Neonatal Unit at Wexham Park Hospital is a Level 2 Neonatal Unit made up of 2 Intensive Care, 3 High Dependency and 12 Special Care cots. The unit cares for babies over 26+6 weeks gestation and stabilises any baby under that gestation, to be transferred to a tertiary hospital/ NICU.
