Need hole patching repair in wall and paint touch-up

I'm looking for a handy tradesperson to patch a small hole in a plaster wall and touch up the paint to match. The hole is about 5 cm wide, located in the living room near the sofa. I have some spare plaster and matching paint, but I’m open to if you need to supply materials. The job should be tidy, with dust minimized and a smooth finish ready for aftercare. Ideally, you can come this week, bring basic tools, and let me know any prep you’d like me to do beforehand. Please provide a rough estimate of time and cost.
