Need help with miscellaneous move tasks and furniture relocation

I’m organizing a small move within the same building and could use a hand with a few miscellaneous tasks. The job involves carrying boxes, moving a heavy coffee table and a small sofa from the ground floor to the first floor, and helping with a couple of packing duties (taping, labeling). I’d prefer someone reliable, with good communication and basic moving experience. Please bring gloves and a sturdy dolly if you have one. I can provide a lift in a car park and a clear plan of the route. I’m aiming to complete the tasks within a half-day window and would appreciate flexible timing between 9am and 4pm.
