Need help with grocery shopping and delivery to home

I’m looking for someone reliable to do weekly grocery shopping and delivery to my home. I’d like a careful shopper who can follow a list, check for substitutions, and bring items inside. Preference for fresh produce, dairy, and pantry staples. It would be great if you can use reusable bags and keep receipts. I live in a flat with stairs, so please be comfortable carrying a few heavy items. Date and time are flexible, but I’d like a consistent weekly slot. If you have any accessibility tips or can suggest cost-saving substitutions, I’d appreciate it.
