I'm looking for a reliable IT helper to take care of a variety of tech tasks around my home office. The job includes basic troubleshooting, software updates, setting up a new printer and Wi-Fi extender, organizing files, and guiding me on best practices for data backups. I prefer someone patient who can explain steps clearly and work with Windows 10/11 and macOS. If you have experience with home networking, cloud storage, and keeping devices secure, that would be a big plus. Availability should be during daytime hours, and I’d appreciate an upfront estimate and a rough plan for the first visit.
