Need help turning over soil in small garden bed

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to turn and prepare the soil in a small garden bed in my yard. The goal is to improve drainage and make it ready for planting new herbs and flowers. I’d prefer someone with basic gardening experience and tools, and who can handle removing a few stubborn roots from the old mulch.
