Need help replacing a door handle and lock mechanism

I'm looking for a handyman to replace a door handle on an interior bedroom door. The current handle sticks occasionally and the latch seems loose. I have the replacement handle and spindle ready, but I’m flexible on the exact type as long as it fits standard UK/Irish doors. Please confirm if you can work with a lever handle and a standard 2-1/8 backset. I’d prefer a weekend slot if possible, and I’d appreciate advice on any extra screws or fittings that might be needed. Ideally, you’ll remove the old hardware, install the new handle securely, test the latch, and leave the work area clean.
