Need help planting shrubs in garden beds for irregular terrain

I’m looking for a gardener to plant several shrubs in our front and back garden. The soil is a bit stony and uneven, so experience with preparing planting holes, adding compost, and proper spacing is important. I have a mix of evergreen and flowering shrubs and would appreciate guidance on mulch, watering frequency, and initial pruning after planting. Work would include lifting, digging, planting, and tidying the area to look neat. If you have recommended shrubs for a temperate Ireland climate, I’d love to hear your suggestions. Please bring your own tools; I can provide a bag of mulch and compost and a hose for initial watering.
