Need help planting fruit trees in our garden

We're looking for a gardener to help plant a small orchard in our back yard. The project involves selecting suitable locations for several fruit trees, preparing planting holes, soil amendment if needed, and ensuring proper spacing for future growth. We’d prefer someone with experience planting fruit trees in Ireland's climate, able to advise on compatible varieties (apple, pear, or plum) and basic pruning after planting. Tools and compost provided. The work should be tidy, with clear instructions on watering and staking. Flexible on start date, and happy to accommodate a weekend slot if it suits the gardener.
