Need help painting a wooden cabinet and shelves

I'm looking for a reliable handyperson to repaint a small wooden cabinet and a couple of shelves in my living room. The pieces are untreated pine and currently have some scuffs from moving. I’d like a clean, durable finish in a neutral white, with light sanding beforehand and two coats of paint. Ideally you bring your own brushes and cover the floor to protect it. If you can also advise on weather- or stain-resistant finish options, that would be great. I'm flexible on dates but would prefer a morning slot on a weekday.
