Need help moving a fridge and washing machine locally in Ireland

I’m looking for a reliable team to help move a fridge and a washing machine from my current flat to a new place nearby. The items are standard sized, but I don’t have the original packaging. I need careful handling, protective blankets, and proper securing to avoid damage to floors or walls. If possible, please bring a dolly, straps, and any tools needed to disconnect and reconnect hoses. The move should happen on a weekday morning, with a 2-3 hour window considered. I can provide floor plans and access codes, and I’ll be available to assist with access as needed. Prior experience with moving heavy appliances and basic reconnects would be ideal.
