Need help fixing wall-mounted items securely to wall

I'm looking for someone to help securely fix several items to the wall in my home. The job includes mounting a heavy mirror, a coat rack, and a floating shelf. I want to ensure proper wall anchors are used for plaster and brick, and to avoid any damage to the walls. It would be ideal if you have experience with anti-tip brackets for taller mirrors and can advise on stud locations. I’d prefer a tidy, clean finish with cables neatly managed where needed.
