Need help cleaning up my computer and improving performance

I'm looking for a tech-savvy person to give my desktop a thorough cleanup and optimization. The PC sometimes runs slowly, has cluttered files, old programs, and multiple startup items. I’d like help with removing unnecessary files, organizing folders, uninstalling unused software, and tuning startup programs to speed things up. Basic malware scan and updates to essential software would be a bonus. Please mention any preferred tools you use and estimated time. I’m flexible on timing but would like the job completed before the end of the week.
