Need help cleaning my computer system and files

I'm looking for someone to take a thorough look at my computer and clean up both hardware and software clutter. The goal is to improve performance, remove unnecessary files, organize documents, and run a basic maintenance routine. I use Windows 10 on a desktop setup and occasionally run macOS on a separate laptop. Tasks may include disk cleanup, temporary file removal, software uninstallations, removing duplicates, organizing folders, and applying basic security updates. I’d prefer someone patient, communicative, and able to explain fixes in simple terms. Access to the devices will be arranged at a convenient time, and I can provide remote access if needed for basic cleanup.
