Need bathroom sealant joints redone and resealed

I'm looking for a skilled tradesperson to redo the sealant joints in my bathroom. The current grout and sealant around the bathtub and sink are moldy in places and water staining is starting to appear. I want a clean, watertight finish with mildew-resistant silicone and proper curing time. Please bring suitable silicone (neutral cure, mold-resistant) and any necessary tools. I’d prefer someone who can also advise on best practices for preventing future mold growth and can work around a non-slip mat and some light fixtures. Availability during weekday mornings is ideal.
