Job Description
Responsibilities
Serve as a Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) subject matter expert in support of PMS 339 and Navy Personnel Command (NPC). This position provides strategic expertise in military personnel and manpower requirements for the surface fleet, ensuring alignment with Navy policy, operational readiness, and system lifecycle management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Support management and execution of shipboard and activity military personnel and manpower requirements for the surface fleet
+ Evaluate military personnel and manpower changes for new and existing systems through MPT plans, Manpower and Training Requirements Planning (MTRP), Front End Analysis (FEA), Job Duty Task Analyses (JDTA), and Navy Training System Plans (NTSP) to ensure adherence to guiding documentation
