Naval Logistics HR & Manpower Manager

National Heritage Board in Singapore is seeking to staff regular servicemen and NSmen within the Naval Logistics Command (NELCOM). You will ensure manpower readiness and provide end‑to‑end NS HR support to NELCOM Squadrons and Units, including ad‑hoc operations and staffing across multiple functions.

You will consolidate manpower readiness, manage DXO recruitment with MINDEF HR and NPD, and plan mobilisation and health drills while handling NSmen affairs such as ICT administration, awards,
