A family business with an 85‑year operating history in New Zealand. They provide sales, service, parts and hire, and servicing and repairing all makes and models of materials handling equipment. The business specialises in a range of internal combustion and battery‑electric materials handling equipment. The National Technical Training Manager is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining all technical training programmes across the company.
Responsibilities
The role ensures technicians are skilled, safe, productive, and consistent in their work, supporting high service quality, reduced rework, and strong commercial performance. This role is also responsible for creating, standardising, and maintaining all technical operational procedures for technicians. The position acts as the internal technical expert and trainer, lifting capability across workshops and field service teams.
