Programme Analyst, Gender and Human Rights

The position is located in the Country Office of UNFPA in Kampala and reports to the Programme Coordinator Gender and Youth in the Gender Equality and Youth (GEYD) unit of the Country Office (CO).

The Programme Analyst is part of the GEYD Unit, which delivers on the mainstreaming of Gender and Human Rights issues across UNFPA Uganda programmes and supports the government and other stakeholders to achieve these through policy and programmatic interventions.

The Analyst works closely with MoGLSD, MOJCA, UHRC, and other relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), UNFPA Country Office and Decentralized Office staff, UNFPA Regional Office, and participating UN agencies.
