Develop strong working relationships at all levels in each approved national account within the UK through a consultative business to business approach
Visit and work with all UK and ROI national account salons alongside each BDM to understand each salon, brand awareness, visibility and grow sales.
Build joint business plans with each national account to secure strong foundations and ensure successful execution of sales activations agreed.
Arrange monthly meetings to present promotional activity and identify areas for growth in consultation with the salons nationally.
Develop close relationships with key team members to help negotiate the successful execution of the sales, marketing, e commerce and educational plans within each account....
