You will manage our portfolio of owned + leased properties, lead build projects + support corporate initiatives. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

+ To spearhead our real estate + facilities management strategy.
+ To develop strategic surface planning in conjunction with our Real Estate Strategy + Contract Logistics development plans.
+ To manage warehousing projects, including build-to-suit leases, free hold projects + site consolidation.
+ To support the refurbishing of existing + new offices.
