Job Description

National Business Development Manager – “Leisure and Hospitality”
Salary: £55,000 - £73,000+
Location: National 
Role 
I am working with a great client looking to drive expansion their European leisure/hospitality portfolio, with a focus on UK growth. Identifying new opportunities, build partnerships, and secure long-term commercial deals. Operating across the full deal lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution and Balance new business development with ongoing partner relationship management
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of franchise and development opportunities
Lead end-to-end deal execution: sourcing, feasibility, negotiation, and onboarding
Negotiate complex franchise, management, and renewal agreements
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, owners, and key stakeholders
Collaborate with partners to deliver new site developments
