Key responsibilities
• Customer ownership of joint business plans and P&L delivery with support from the SNAM & Controller.
• Deliver customer performance, insights & selling presentations.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver agreements.
• Wider administration & maintenance across the commercial team, pricing, promo, NLF, etc.
• Customer dispute management through SAP.
• Weekly sales tracking and analysis.
• Trade Show attendance & execution.
• Production Forecasting.
• Supporting, finance, customer service and logistics team.
• Timely customer comms.
