Job Description

- Weekday Evenings and Weekends (Ad hoc Basis - flexible timing)
- Island Wide (will share during interview)
- Assist in the setup, execution, and teardown of events.
- Provide logistical support, including registration, crowd management, and troubleshooting.
- Distribute materials such as brochures, flyers, or merchandise during events.
- Engage with potential members to provide information about the organization's programs and benefits.
- Guide individuals through the membership sign-up process.
- Collect and manage membership applications and related data accurately.
- Conduct renewals for existing members.
- Represent the organisation professionally while interacting with members and the public.
- Address inquiries and help ensure a positive experience.
