Job Description

Role Purpose

This role focuses on leading high-impact, cross-functional technology initiatives. The MVP will manage the Cross Functional Technology & Operations pillar, bridging the gap between platform stability, strategic planning (Terraplan), and the realization of value from our technology and AI investments. You will be responsible for building a programmatic approach to measuring and maximizing the Return on Investment (ROI) for our technology and AI investments, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of our Sales and Service Delivery teams.

What You Will Focus On

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the end-to-end strategy for cross-functional Sales and Service technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. 

  • Terraplan (Anaplan): Provide strategic oversight for the Terraplan initiative, ensuring territory management systems are optimized to support global sales and service efficiency.
