Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Operative to join a busy Property Services team. This role is ideally suited to a multi-skilled operative with strong experience in wet room installations and repairs, particularly cap and cove vinyl flooring, wet room flooring systems, and associated maintenance work. The successful candidate will have a broad maintenance background and befortable carrying out a variety of repairs within occupied residential properties, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
