In this role, you will register and schedule students while managing phone inquiries and assisting the Lessons Coordinator. You will update student records and help reconcile commission reports, ensuring smooth operations. Your commitment to exceptional service will support both students and instructors during lessons and recitals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register and schedule students for music lessons
• Answer phone inquiries and relay messages to teachers
• Receive lesson payments and manage overdue accounts
