Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, organize, and update company documents, records, and files in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper version control of all documentation.
- Develop and implement standardized documentation processes and filing systems.
- Conduct historical research by reviewing archived records, reports, and reference materials.
- Compile research findings into clear summaries, reports, or reference documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and record-keeping regulations.
- Assist in audits, reviews, and information requests by retrieving relevant documents promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to validate and update historical and current records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, History, Library Science, Records Management, or related field.
