Municipal Project Manager (Owner's Representative)

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager I to serve in an Owner’s Representative capacity within a municipality’s Building + Construction Group, supporting the planning, execution, and closeout of small-to-mid-sized capital improvement projects. This is in support of one of our largest customers within the AEC/EPC industry. This role will manage projects typically ranging up to approximately $2M in total construction value, including parking lots and garages, roofing replacements, building retrofits, and other facility upgrades across buildings/facilities within the system. The Project Manager I will act as the day-to-day liaison between the county's vendors, design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
