KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Store Operations: Standardize processes across all stores, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.

•Supply Chain & Inventory: Optimize inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and manage supplier relationships.

•Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to drive performance and alignment with company goals.
