Multisite Engineering Process Manager (ECN & KPIs)

Johnson Controls, located in Apodaca, Nuevo León, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead standardized engineering processes across manufacturing sites in North America. This position will oversee the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process and develop performance metrics to assess engineering health.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, along with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required for effective communication across U.S. and Mexico facilities.
