Job Overview

As an Operativo Senior, you will autonomously manage and optimize the operational processes related to international cargo transportation (air, sea, and land), ensuring compliance with quality standards, legal regulations, and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute import and export operations from booking to final delivery.
• Request space from shipping lines or airlines, coordinate with depots and carriers, and ensure adherence to scheduled times.
• Review and generate documents such as HAWB, MAWB, BL, shipping instructions, certificates of origin, technical sheets, and other required operational documents.
• Enter and maintain up-to-date shipment information in internal systems (Outlook, Cargowise, etc.).
• Track documents to guarantee correct operational closures.
• Validate that all documentation meets legal, customs, and contractual requirements.
